Romain Muhammad is an award-winning People & Culture leader, diversity and culture expert, leadership coach, public speaker, author, and recruitment & careers specialist committed to transforming organisations, leadership, and society. His mission is simple: to help people and organisations unlearn limiting systems and reclaim confidence, authenticity, and leadership.
With over 15 years of global experience in recruitment, leadership, and organisational development, Romain has delivered talent strategies across Europe, the US, Asia, and the Middle East — placing hundreds of professionals into roles across software engineering, fintech, cybersecurity, data, and executive leadership.
He founded and grew Diversify World, a global recruitment and organisational transformation consultancy. From zero to six figures, he expanded into the US market, established a subsidiary, and partnered with more than 100 organisations worldwide to build diverse talent pipelines, embed equity, and redesign culture.
Across hundreds of companies — and thousands of people taught, trained, and coached — Romain brings a rare blend of lived experience, academic insight, and proven organisational impact.
A respected writer and social commentator, Romain uses his platform to challenge systemic inequality, rethink leadership, and spark necessary conversations about identity, belonging, race, culture, and the future of work. His commentary has featured nationally across major publications and media platforms.
